ANTOINE OBIN

Antoine Obin's (1929-1991) work is typical of the Northern "Cap-Haitian School" of art, with much attention paid to detail. Son of the master, Philome Obin, his paintings were influenced by his father and his uncle, Seneque Obin. In 1989, Antoine's work was shown in a joint exhibit with Philome and his brother Telemacque in various galleries and museums in Japan.
